Inside Job



Due to Buckler Boots big involvement with safety footwear we have to spend a lot of money on EN testing. A vital part of the testing concerns anti-penetration midsoles which repel nails and other sharp objects.

You can imagine our surprise when we checked a boot which was returned to us as being uncomfortable to find that a nail had entered the boot from the inside and gone under the detachable insole. The wearer was literally walking on a nail! There is no EN test for that!
