Buckbootz are a Registered Safety Supplier with the BSIF (The British Safety Industry Federation) which means our products are subject to annual spot check testing.
Our staff undertake a BSIF qualification in the selling of Safety.
Buckbootz are also audited through a compliance protocol to ensure our products are delivered to our customers in accordance with the latest PPE Regulation 2016/425.
OUR COMMITMENT TO PRODUCT QUALITY
Buckler Boots Ltd undertakes to supply only safety equipment and/or related services that fully comply with the standards and regulations and claims made relating to those products and/orelated services. Where appropriate, Buckler Boots Ltd will maintain up to date technical files and associated documentation to ensure that regulatory compliance information can be supplied upon request.
Where products are sourced from external organisations which hold technical files relating to the products being offered, Buckler Boots Ltd will request confirmation that these files are current, complete, contain appropriate conformity assessment information and, where relevant, regulatory compliance certificates and will take all necessary steps to confirm the validity of the compliance documentation held by that external supplier in respect of the products being sourced
Where services are provided related to safety equipment sourced from external organisations, Buckler Boots Ltd will maintain approval from the manufacturer that the services provided are assessed and approved by the external organisation.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Buckler Boots Ltd is committed to at least comply, and where possible exceed, legal and other requirements to which the company subscribes that relate to occupational health and safety hazards, including those duties set out in the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. It is the policy of Buckler Boots Ltd to take all reasonable steps to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of its employees, and it will, so far as is reasonably practicable, establish procedures and systems necessary to implement such a policy.

QUALITY CONTROL
All BUCKBOOTZ branded Safety Footwear will be tested and certified to EN/UKCA ISO Standard 20345. The testing regime will be conducted by an independent approved Testing House. Product will only be released to the UK market where there is an approved Technical File and Testing Certificate in place. Testing Certificates will be renewed in advance of expiry or following change of product specification or design.
All Safety Footwear will be correctly marked according to the latest ISO 20345 standards and packaged goods will include up to date relevant User Information.

PRODUCT RECALL
Buckler Boots Ltd maintains a recall plan which provides specific procedures, defines terms, and assigns roles and responsibilities when a safety issue arises with any of its products. The plan will be activated whenever a potential recall requirement arises.
